Project M² Leadership Program Introduction

The Project M² Leadership Program (PMLP) is a transformative initiative designed to nurture and inspire the next generation of leaders in Hong Kong. Recognizing the immense potential of enthusiastic upper secondary school students, PMLP provides them with an unparalleled opportunity to engage with influential business leaders and embark on a journey of personal and professional growth.

Launched in the summer of 2022 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, PMLP has since evolved into a dynamic and multifaceted program. In its inaugural year, the program welcomed 40 in-person and 160 online students, all masked but undeterred in their pursuit of excellence. The following year, PMLP transitioned to a hybrid model, accommodating 300 students in-person on the last day, further expanding its reach and impact.

Now, as PMLP prepares for its 2026 summer session, the program is poised to welcome 100 exceptional secondary students. These young leaders will be matched with dedicated mentors from diverse professional backgrounds, guiding them through a transformative three-day experience filled with keynote speeches, town hall discussions, and collaborative group projects.

Through PMLP, students will have the chance to forge invaluable connections, hone their leadership skills, and gain unparalleled insights into the inner workings of various industries. By engaging directly with finance, entrepreneurship, and retail professionals, participants will learn to think critically, work effectively as a team, and unlock their true potential as the change-makers of tomorrow.

Conducted primarily in Cantonese, PMLP is a completely free program, ensuring that all deserving students have access to this remarkable opportunity.
